An explosion occurred in a 5-storey apartment building in Harbin, the capital of China’s Heilongjiang province. Chinese media reported that 1 person died and 3 people were injured. Pieces broken off from the building in the explosion were thrown all the way to a road nearby.
It is though that the explosion was caused by the gas tank.
