A 4-story building collapsed in the Ange Raphael district of Douala, Cameroon. At least 12 lost their lives and at least 19 were injured, according to preliminary reports. The Littoral District Governor stated that the situation was under control and that the search and rescue teams were confident the rubble was completely searched. It is not yet known why the building collapsed.
