The severe storm that hit the Atlantic coast of the South American country of Argentina caused chaos. Thirteen people were reported to have died in the port city of Baha Blanca. The strong winds, reaching a speed of 150 km per hour, blew away many roofs and even some planes at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport, located in the northwest of the capital Buenos Aires.
President Javier Milei expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and warned the public to stay at home.
