A fire broke out in the balcony of an apartment on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building in Turkish city of Kilis. As a result of the fire, 2 children died in the flames and 2 people were injured. The moments of the 2 children, who were caught between the iron bars of the balcony and asking for help from other people, were recorded by eyewitnesses’ mobile phone cameras. Also the fear and panic experienced by the eyewitnesses also reflected in the video images.
