On night of June 1, a fire was broke out for an unknown reason in a nursing home, where Alzheimer’s patients were accommodated, located at the Roztoky district in Czech capital city of Prague. Local authorities were announced that 54 of the 56 patients in the nursing home were injured in the fire. In addition to that, the dead bodies of 2 people were found in the search and rescue efforts carried out by the firefighters in the nursing home. Meanwhile, inspectors can’t be able to initiate an investigation into the incident due to firefighters continuing their fire extinguishing efforts in the building. Authorities also reported that the damage to the building amounted to around 70 million Czech Koruna (about 2.8 million Euros).
