2 killed in Flooding in Greece as Storm Daniel Continues

 

Heavy rains in Greece, brought by Storm Daniel, have led to flooding and fatalities. Two people have lost their lives, and three individuals remain missing. An 87-year-old woman’s body was found in the debris near Paltsi, raising the death toll to two. The most affected areas include Volos, Pilion Mountain, and Skiathos Island. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue for another 24 hours, causing additional challenges such as fallen power poles, a collapsed bridge, and widespread street flooding.
