20 houses buried by landslide in Colombia: 6 dead

Floods and a landslide buried twenty houses underground as a result of the river overflowing in the Quetame town of Colombia’s Cundinamarca region. Fifteen people lost their lives, said authorities. Rescuers continue to search for 13 missing people, including children.

A bridge connecting the capital, Bogota, with the city of Villavicencio collapsed. The mud-covered streets are being cleaned with construction equipment.
