31 died, 87 injured after an explosion in a mosque in Afghanistan

An explosion happened in a Shiite mosque in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in the Balkh Province of Afghanistan. According to the hospital sources’ statement, 31 people were killed and 87 people were injured in the explosion. The terrorist organization DAESH claimed responsibility for the attack. Meanwhile in the city of Kunduz in northern Afghanistan, a landmine laid on the side of the road exploded during the passage of a van carrying military personnel. 4 people died and 19 more injured as a result of the explosion. The injured were taken to the hospital by the teams who dispatched on the scene.

In the Khogyani District of Nangarhar Province in Afghanistan, 6 people died as a result of the explosion of a landmine that laid on the road during the passage of a military vehicle belonging to the Taliban.
