4 dead after two small planes crash mid-air at Las Vega Airport

Two small aircraft, a Piper PA-46 type and a Cessna 172, collided in mid-air at Las Vegas Airport in Nevada, USA. After the accident, first aid teams were sent to the scene, while the authorities reported that 4 people died in the incident. “According to our information, Piper PA-46 was preparing to land when it collided with Cessna 172, and after the collision, the aircraft crashed into open terrain east of Piper 30-Right Runway,” the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said in a statement.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
