40 Killed After Passenger Bus Plunges Into Ravine in Pakistan

At least 40 people were killed and eight others injured when a passenger bus plunged into a raivne in Pakistan. The tragic accident occurred as the vehicle was traveling from Quetta in Balochistan province to Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Authorities noted that while the bus originally departed with 36 passengers, it had picked up additional travelers from a broken-down vehicle along the route. A major search and rescue operation was immediately launched at the deep ravine, utilizing six ambulances and 12 emergency medical technicians to recover the victims.
