At least five people were injured, one seriously, in a bomb attack outside the entrance to the Court of First Instance in Podgorica, Montenegro’s capital, around 11:35 a.m. local time. According to the police, Milan Bulatovic, 39, who was carrying a handmade bomb, detonated it and died at the scene.
The motive behind the attack is currently unknown and the investigation is ongoing.
