7th International Adana Food Festival Begins in Adana, Türkiye

The 7th International Adana Food Festival started on Friday in Adana, Türkiye’s city famous for its cuisine. The festival, in which 200 different businesses participated, attracted many visitors from all over the country and abroad. In addition to tasting the flavors of Adana, visitors also had fun with the various activities.

“The festival is incredibly beautiful and exciting. There is very intense participation from out of town and abroad. We even had guests from Russia, and we offered them Adana kebab,” said kebab maker Cihangir Korkmaz.

“These pomegranates grow in our Adana Kozan district. We also make sherbet from these pomegranates here. We also make aşlama and maternity sherbets here. The demand for these has been very high,” said chef Recep İncecik.
