The 8th version of the International Adana Flavor Festival, which aims to introduce the cuisine of Adana province of Türkiye, which includes many dishes and desserts, especially kebab, has started in Merkez Park in Adana.
“We invite the whole world and Türkiye to kebab. Come and enjoy the most delicious diet as if you were having a picnic. It’s expected that 70 percent of the participants will come from out of town,” said kebab maker Yaşar Aydın.
“I came to the festival today and will eat plenty of Adana’s kebab, dessert and şırdan. I find this festival very useful. This festival will add value to Adana,” said Mustafa Kapan, an attendee.
