901 families got briquette houses in Idlib

Continuing the construction of 5,661 briquette houses in Syrian city of Idlib, Turkish Red Crescent completed 901 briquette houses in the Keferlusin region as the second phase of the briquette house project in the city. Turkish Red Crescent General Manager İbrahim Altan made statements about the project and told that these works have been going on for 11 years in Syria. Stating that 4.16 billion Turkish Liras of aid has been delivered to Syria since 2011, Altan said that 112 thousand tents were set up and 9 hospitals were supported. Altay also stated that support continues to 32 health centers, clothing materials are distributed in 9 boutique stores, and that 12 orphanages and 5 playgrounds were put into service. Altan noted that they have delivered 2,461 houses to date and they will complete this number to 5,661. “Here we built a school in the form of morning-afternoon with 22 classrooms. About 2,000 students will benefit from it,” Altan said.
