A bomb-laden vehicle exploded in Afghanistan’s Badakhshan province, killing 3 people, including Badakhshan Security Commander Abdul Haq Abu Omar and injuring 2 others, the Taliban Interior Ministry said in a statement. The ministry reported that 4 suspects were arrested in connection with the incident.
No one has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack so far.
