Qatar-based Al Jazeera news channel reporter Shireen Abu Akleh, was wounded by the fire opened by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank on May 11 and died in the hospital. After the incident, Palestinian artists painted a mural on a wall in Gaza in memory of Akleh. On the mural, Akleh’s portrait, bullets hit on a helmet with “press” written on it, Al-Aqsa Mosque and moments Akleh were shot and collapsed to the ground are depicted.
