Ahlat Seljuk Cemetery Awaits New Visitors

The Seljuk Square Cemetery, spanning 210 decares in Bitlis province’s Ahlat district and dubbed the Turks’ ‘gateway’ to Anatolia, remains a popular destination for visitors as the year draws to a close.

This historical cemetery, listed in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Tentative List, welcomes thousands of visitors through organized tours.
