The air quality is worsened by agricultural burning and forest fires in the Thai capital, Bangkok. According to the Bangkok Air Quality Information Center, the statistics of the air quality in the Thai capital pose risky levels as the PM2.5 value has reached 72.5 micrograms per cubic meter in overall. Throughout the country, the numbers were indicated as between 57 micrograms per cubic meter and 97 micrograms per cubic meter.
Authorities announced that the harmful PM2.5 dust air pollution will increase by February 1st.
