Record rainfall in Toronto caused extensive flooding, submerging streets and homes. Approximately 167,000 residents lost power, and authorities rescued at least 14 people trapped in flooded vehicles. Drake shared images of his flooded house, and Billy Bishop Airport experienced delays and cancellations due to the storm.
