Russian Attack Kills 5 in Kharkiv

Russia hit a recreational facility in the city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine with an air strike yesterday. Authorities said that 5 people at the facility died and 16 others, including 8 children, were injured. The condition of 8 of the casualties was serious, added the authorities.
