The Gaza Government Media Office announced yesterday that journalist Mohamed Tanani, who was working for the Al-Aqsa television that is covering the attacks on the Jibaliya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, was killed in an Israeli attack.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces opened fire on a crew from the Qatar-based Al Jazeera news channel in the northern Gaza Strip, injuring cameraman Fadi al-Wahidi in the neck during a broadcast yesterday. Anas al-Sharif of Al Jazeera Arabic reported that their cameraman was shot by a sniper.
