Argentine President Javier Milei’s convoy was attacked with stones and bottles by protesters in Lomas de Zamora, an opposition stronghold near Buenos Aires. At least one stone struck his car as crowds shouted “Get out, Milei.”
Milei and his sister, Karina Milei, were greeting supporters when the attack occurred. His convoy quickly left the scene. The president was campaigning ahead of upcoming local and midterm elections.
