An armed attack in a football field killed 4 and injured more than 10 in Yecapixtla, Mexico. Refugio Amario Luna, the Former Mayor of Yecapixtla was amongst the casualties who lost their lives. Attorney General of Morelos stated that the attackers came in two separate cars, opened fire on supporters and ran away with their vehicles.
Injured casualties were taken to the hospital after getting first aid treatment. It has been claimed in some social media posts that some of the hospitals refused to admit the casualties for the fear of another attack.
Attorney General announced to have started an investigation on the incident.
