Armed person alarm given at a school in Hamburg

On Tuesday, a armed person alarm given at a school named Otto-Hahn-Schule located at Jenfeld district in Hamburg, Germany. Upon the reports of a person took a gun out of his backpack and then walked towards the school, great number of police teams dispatched to the scene. Police launched an operation at the school, which has about 1.500 students, while the roads around the perimeter closed to traffic. Special teams conducted a search in the school, and didn’t allow any students to leave the school for 5 hours. Also, ambulances and medical teams were have been ready in the operation. While no traces of the armed person were found yet, and its unknown for certain that whether the suspect entered the school or not.

“There is currently a major operation is taking place at the Otto-Hahn-Schule in Jenfeld. The area around the school is closed. A youth armed with a gun is said to have entered the school building. We will keep you informed here,” Hamburg Police said on the social media. Meanwhile, the search efforts to find the armed suspect are continuing.
