Around 35 vehicles on the Delhi-Meerut Highway and around 25 vehicles on the Eastern Peripheral Highway in India’s Uttar Pradesh crashed into each other due to dense fog yesterday. Five people on the Delhi-Meerut Highway and 1 on the other Eastern Peripheral Highway were reportedly injured in the accident.
Traffic is disrupted on these highways, and efforts to remove the crashed vehicles are ongoing.
