A small replica of the world-famous Eiffel Tower, called Eiffela, was built by an artist named Philippe Maindron 200 meters from the original one. The citizens thought the tower was an April 1 joke since it was built on that date, but it was not intended to be a part of April 1. The tower will be on display until April 10th.
