Hurricane Fiona has reached category 4 storm after hitting Puerto Rico last Sunday and reaching the Dominican Republic and the Turks and Caicos Islands. According to officials, at least 8 people died as a result of the hurricane in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. A 4-month-old baby was also among the victims.
Hurricane Fiona, which continues to move north with winds blowing at 215 kilometers per hour, is expected to reach the Bermuda Islands tomorrow and the east coast of Canada on Friday, the US National Hurricane Center reported.
