A radio host named Juan Jumalon, also known as DJ Johnny Walker, was shot to death by an attacker who broke into the studio during a live session in the Philippines. According to the local media, the attacker asked for permission to enter the studio to ‘announce something important at the livestream’ before he intruded on the scene, which was also Jumalon’s home.
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos ordered an investigation to be launched to quickly catch the perpetrators.
