Azerbaijan has sent humanitarian aid, including food, hygiene supplies, and bread, to Karabakh for the Armenian population. The convoy, consisting of two trucks with food and hygiene products and two trucks carrying bread, departed from Agdam to Khankendi. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasized its commitment to continuing humanitarian assistance to the region. Azerbaijani officials assured that urgent needs of Armenians in Karabakh would be promptly met, following discussions with Armenian population representatives in Yevlah, Azerbaijan, regarding reintegration, infrastructure restoration, and regulatory measures for their activities.
