According to the statement of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense, Azerbaijani soldiers’ technological surveillance vehicles once again recorded four Armenian military trucks moving on the Khankendi-Halfeli-Turshsu land route under the supervision of one combat vehicle of the Russian peacekeeping force, who were temporarily stationed in Karabakh.
Their announcement further stated that the unlawful military shipment of Armenian armed groups accompanied by Russian peacekeepers is a serious violation of the triple declaration’s requirements and is unacceptable.
