azerbaijan starts commercial bus transportation to liberated cities of Shusha And Agdam

Regular bus services started in Azerbaijan to the cities of Agdam and Shusha, which were liberated from the occupation of Armenia. While the first buses depart from the capital, Baku, there will be regular flights from Baku-Shusha, Baku-Agdam, Ahmedbeyli-Shusha, Fuzuli International Airport-Shusha and Berde-Agdam regions as of today. Bus services will be made 4 times a week in the direction of Ahmedbeyli-Shusha, and twice a week in other directions, authorities stated. Bus services between Fuzuli International Airport and Shusha will be organized simultaneously with the flights.

At the current stage, due to the danger of mines and unexploded ordnance, the Azerbaijani people will only be able to travel to Karabakh by buses accompanied by specially trained drivers and supervisors. Visitors will return the day they leave due to security measures. People who want to go to the cities of Agdam and Shusha will be able to travel to each city once a year. It is predicted that foreign nationals will also be able to benefit from bus services in the near future.
