Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov met with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, within the framework of his working visit to Moscow, Russia. During the meeting, views were exchanged on regional and international issues, including cooperation between the two countries and the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. During the meeting, the Ministers discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh Armistice Agreement signed between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as the Declaration of Allied Cooperation signed by Russia and Azerbaijan.
Speaking before the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said, “Today we will have the opportunity to see how all the details of this important document signed by the presidents are implemented.”
