Belgium to Provide 30 F-16 Fighter Jets to Ukraine by 2028

 

Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy signed a bilateral security and long-term support agreement in Brussels. Under the deal, Belgium will provide Ukraine with 30 F-16 fighter jets by 2028 and military aid worth at least 977 million euros this year. The agreement, which aims to bolster Ukraine’s defense capabilities, includes a commitment to continue support for the next 10 years.
