After orbiting around it for about 2 weeks, the Blue Ghost spacecraft, launched by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and a private aviation company called Firefly Aerospace on January 15, landed on the surface of the Moon at 11:34 today.
Firefly Aerospace became the first private company in history to successfully land on the Moon.
The spacecraft contains 10 different devices, such as a soil analyzer, computers and a navigation test to be used in various missions to be carried out on the Moon.
