A 26-year-old woman, Natalia Andrea Larranaga Fajardo, died after being caught by the propeller of a boat on San Andres Island in Colombia.
The incident took place when Fajardo dived into the sea as she forgot her slippers on the water during on a boat trip with his friends on November 27.
After getting moved to the boat with the help of the people around, it was detected that Fajardo had serious injuries on her legs and waist. Unfortunately, she could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital.
An investigation initiated against the boat crew.
