Boeing’s Starliner Successfully Docks with ISS

Boeing’s Starliner shuttle successfully reached the International Space Station (ISS) after a crewed launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The spacecraft, launched aboard a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas-V rocket, completed its journey in approximately 27 hours.

During the flight, Starliner faced technical issues, including a helium leak and the failure of 4 out of its 28 thrusters. Astronauts Barry “Butch” Wilmore and Sunita “Suni” Williams managed to restart 3 of the malfunctioning thrusters, narrowly missing the initial docking opportunity.

Upon arrival, Wilmore and Williams were greeted by the ISS crew, consisting of 4 American astronauts and 3 Russian cosmonauts.
