Bomb attack against Turkish Youth Foundation in Istanbul

There was an explosion at around 05:30 local time in front of the Turkish Youth Foundation (TUGVA) Gaziosmanpaşa representative office in Istanbul, Turkey. While no one was killed or injured in the incident, material damage occurred to the building after the explosion. A large number of police and bomb disposal teams were dispatched to the scene. After investigating the scene, the teams determined that the explosion was caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Later on the teams examined the security cameras and found that a woman came to the TUGVA building in the early hours of the morning and left an IED. The police started an operation to apprehend the woman suspect, who fled after the explosion.
