Boy saved from drowning by drone in spain

A 14-year-old boy who was about to drown in the sea in Saguntum, Valencia, Spain, was rescued by a life jacket thrown from the air by a drone. The boy, who wore his life jacket with difficulty, was then taken to the shore by lifeguards who arrived by jet ski. It was stated that the little boy, who was taken to the hospital, was discharged after 1 day of treatment.

Saguntum Municipality officials stated that they have been using drones to observe the sea and respond immediately to adverse situations in the region since 2017, adding that 5 people were rescued by drones in the summer season this year.
