Ukrainian army is taking precautions on the roads and bridges connecting to Kyiv against the Russian army advancing to the capital, Kyiv. In particular, the bridges connecting to Kyiv are detonated and rendered unusable, while attempts are made to prevent the entry of military vehicles and tanks belonging to the Russian army into Kyiv. In the rural area of Baryshivka, east of Kyiv, the Ukrainian army blew up and destroyed another bridge.
