British Junior doctors went on strike over pay

Junior doctors in the British Medical Association (BMA) have begun a four-day strike over a long-running dispute over pay. Under the leadership of the BMA union, tens of thousands of junior doctors are demanding a 35 percent increase in their payments. The strike is expected to be the most disruptive in NHS history since an estimated 350,000 appointments will be cancelled.
