A building that is under construction collapsed in the Gwarinpa district of the Nigerian capital of Abuja on Thursday afternoon, while dozens of workers were working inside. While 3 were found dead under the rubble, a total of 21 casualties were rescued during the rescue efforts and survived the incident with light injuries. The rescue operation is still ongoing.
