A bus carrying at least 40 passengers veered off the road and plunged into a ditch in Santo Domingo Narro, Oaxaca, killing 11 people and injuring 12 others. Local authorities said two of the injured are in critical condition. Oaxaca Governor Salomon Jara expressed condolences and pledged support for the victims’ families. An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
