A bus crashed into the crowd of passengers waiting at the bus terminal in Calindagan Baranga in Dumaguete, Philippines. Three people stuck under the vehicle in the accident were rescued by the citizens and rescue crew. The injured were taken to the hospital.
The driver was detained for interrogation, the police stated. The accident was caused by brake failure, the bus driver said.
