Cameroonian Murder Suspects in TRNC Appear in Court

Two murder suspects from Cameroon accused in the killing of Ayça Alav, owner of a Lefokşa exchange office in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), faced court denying responsibility. The court extended their detention for three days for further inquiry as stolen money remains unaccounted for. The suspects, planning to escape to Egypt, were caught in Pile village after hiding for 18 days. They’re due back in court in three days.
