Canada School Shooting Leaves At Least 10 Dead

A mass shooting at and around a high school in Tumbler Ridge, in the western Canadian province of British Columbia, left 10 people dead, including the suspected shooter, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Police said six bodies were found at the school, one person died on the way to hospital, and two others were discovered dead at a nearby house.

Authorities said initial findings indicate the suspect died from self-inflicted injuries. Two victims were airlifted to hospital in serious condition, while about 25 others were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. A full investigation into the shooting is underway.
