A fire broke out in the Obolon district of Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, as a result of a cannonball hitting a house during the Russian army’s artillery attack.
“Three technical vehicles and 15 personnel were dispatched to the scene as a result of the notification of the fire in Obolon district,” Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Service said in a statement.
