The Cappadocia region in Türkiye’s Nevşehir province became a source of inspiration for a young painter, namely Sevil Duru. Participating in a hot air balloon tour that take off in the region, Duru decided to reflect the fairy chimneys on the canvas she brought with her mid-air, combining the spirit of Cappadocia and her art series called “Reunion”.
“I’m so excited to paint. A place full of inspiration awaits me in the sky. I want to draw a picture about the spirit of Cappadocia. I want to combine Cappadocia with my series “Reunion” and paint it in the sky,” said Duru.
