A cat in Zonguldak, Türkiye, received a gold tooth after a root canal procedure, using 1.4 grams of gold at the owner’s request. Veterinarian Ömer Faruk Alkan, who performed the treatment, said the application is rare and may be a first in the country. The cat recovered well and continues life normally with the custom-made gold filling.
