Flood waters caused by the heavy rain that started at noon in Türkiye’s Ankara province dragged two children under moving vehicles. While one of the children came out from the other side of the first vehicle, whose driver was taking a turn unknowingly, dragged the other child into the water for meters. Following the incident, the two, who kept being dragged along, got stuck under a parking vehicle. Upon the rush of people nearby to the scene, one of the children was rescued without any problems, but the latter needed first aid to be able to breathe again.
