China Sends $137M Aid to Quake-Hit Myanmar

 

China has pledged 1 billion yuan ($137 million) in emergency aid to Myanmar after the March 28 earthquakes. The assistance includes food, medicine, temporary housing, and expert teams for health and disaster response. At least 3,649 people were killed and over 5,000 injured, with thousands left without basic necessities.
